You all seem to be missing the point. Yahoo is tired of providing email. They don’t want to do it anymore. They haven’t been able to make it bad enough in the past to get everyone to migrate to Google, so they went all the way with this version to get rid of all of us. I don’t know why they don’t just stop providing it, maybe they think that would upset everyone more than this way does. But if there are still people using Yahoo email a few months from now, they’ll come out with a new version that doesn’t let you reply. Or maybe it will make you log in for each word of each email. Take the hint people, go to Google before Yahoo viruses all your email.

Yahoo mail is a piece of crap now. I kept thinking surely they will get it straightened out.. but no, does not sem to be happening.. I can’t type in the “search mail ” type area.. It won’t even CLICK in it.. I can’t see the full subject line without clicking the email.. I used to be able to preview the “subject ” by hovering over the email.. to see whether I MAY want to click to open or not.. but nope .. not anymore.. this is the suckiest damn email I have ever seen.. I have load/ reload. load/ reload.. exit the entire page sometimes… to get new mails to load.. I don’t know what they did.. but they should UN DO it NOW… going to google mail.. or frig even HOTMAIL is better than this chit.. sorry for the blunt language but this crap is ridiculously unusable.. unsearchable… even the spam folder does not work until I put a spam mail there.. period.. this is pure unadulterated, unusable CRAP

I can’t get over the fact that the editor can’t keep up with my keystrokes. I can’t even stand composing a few lines in the editor anymore. I am switching away from yahoo. How they could release such a bad solution is beyond me. I mean, logging out would even function for the first few weeks. idiots!

Sadly, software companies now think that just because software CAN be changed (i.e. it’s not hardware and it’s not as hard as changing a motherboard or circuit board) that it SHOULD be changed (wrong) and because of excess time and $$$ and bored software teams sitting around they change things every 18 months not because users requested any change but because of arrogance and a “look what we can” phenomena (arrogance). People need to start standing up to this “change for no reason” and “dumb it down” epidemic in the software world. A lack of a CLASSIC INTERFACE CHOICE for the user at all times is just plain software arrogance, period.

I’ve had a Yahoo account since the 90′s and now they pull this crap? WORST version of Yahoo EVER! HORRIBLE!!!! I am currently shopping around to find a new email provider but there really isn’t much out there. So far gmail is the best alternative to all of Yahoo’s amazingly crappy changes. I was able to get back to Yahoo Classic, but I don’t know for how long.

Like many other users, that back button and new email tabbing issue is enough to drive anyone insane. Seriously who thought it would be a great idea to have to log back into Yahoo every time you hit the back button? Idiots! The tabs suck. Not being able to log into multiple accounts sucks. Not being able to highlight on a sender, copy and paste into search, sucks big time! I just hate everything about new Yahoo.

The new Yahoo email is a piece of garbage. I suspect it was MBA’s from Harvard or Yale that had the bright idea. Any time a company does something really stupid, it was usually spearheaded by an MBA. The true test will be that Yahoo is too proud to admit their mistake and correct it. Dumbasses!

Also, they keep pestering me to upgrade my browsers in order to use their new email…even though I already have the latest and greatest browers on my systems. Again I say, what a bunch of dumbasses!
