Marriage, Vegas, SharePoint, Pregnancy and Me!
What do all four have in common? Well, the last should be the big clue. Since my last post here, I have gotten married, flew to Vegas, attended the SharePoint 2010 conference and impregnated my new wife. Crazy eh? Actually, the pregnancy was a few weeks before all that, but you get the picture. Suffice to say, I have been busy. No times for blogs about ghostshunters, or any other of the crazy topics that make me nuts and have me blogging for hours on end. Well, maybe not hours. Suffice to say, I have been gone for a bit but am now refueled and ready to go.
Vegas is really cool. In case, like me until recently, you have never been, I highly recommend it. But I do hope you don’t dislike the smell of smoke, cause all the casino’s on the strip smell of it terribly. Other than that, it’s quite the sight. I attended four full days of SharePoint 2010 goodness, saw what many in the industry, including amd.com, tyson foods, among many others, have done with SharePoint 2007. Very cool stuff. Of course, it wasn’t all cool software and smokey casino’s. My pocket Aces getting cracked by some donkey from Quest Software who went all in with a A 10 off suit. Yes, I do play the poker from time to time, especially in Vegas. Didn’t win big but didn’t lose big either.
So, that’s been my life for the past few weeks. I only mention as to say why the blog has been so quiet. I especially want to talk about the ghosthunters halloween special (gay), the Redskins woes and a few other things that have caught my eye.
